Production and Shipping Time：

Customs Duties, Import Taxes & Customs Fees

Free shipping covers the shipping service only; it does not mean destination import charges are prepaid. For cross-border orders, customs duties and import VAT/GST may be assessed. Unless checkout or written order confirmation states that import charges are prepaid or the shipment is delivered duty paid (DDP), the customer/recipient may be asked by customs or the carrier to pay charges as the importer. Under DDP, the seller or its appointed party arranges payment. The delivery terms and importer of record determine who is billed.

If goods are already in the destination country and have been customs-cleared, delivery from that local stock normally does not trigger a second import-duty or import-VAT bill at the customer's door. This does not mean the goods entered the market without customs charges: duty/import tax may have been settled when inventory was first imported. Domestic tax on the retail sale is separate.

For U.S. orders, there is no federal VAT; state and local sales/use taxes can still apply. Where required by the relevant state or locality, the seller must collect and remit those taxes; they are not import VAT. For EU/UK stock sold to customers, VAT may be due on the retail sale and the seller may have registration, charging and reporting obligations. A local-stock sale does not automatically mean the customer owes import VAT at delivery.

When a product is shipped across a border, the applicable charges depend on dispatch location, customs classification, origin, value, destination rules and delivery terms. The importer of record may be the customer, seller, or an appointed party, depending on the arrangement. Please check the checkout/order confirmation for whether charges are prepaid. Who pays import duty?

  • In-stock sex dolls in your country: You will not pay import duty when it is delivered.
  • Non in-stock sex dolls: If customs or the delivery company asks for import duty, you pay it. Free shipping does not include this fee. Depends on different countries, the duties range is 5%-25%.
  • We do not refund import duty after delivery. We pay it only if the product page or checkout clearly says “Import duty included.” Otherwise, you pay it.
